SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Wednesdays 10-11am. A gentle practice with some poses held up to 4 minutes. Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as the fascia, ligaments & joints. Yin Yoga helps you to access the parasympathetic nervous system which makes it a perfect practice to de-stress, unwind and relax. You will be guided through gentle movement to help mobilise your joints and help to release stored tension in the body and mind.
