The origins of Nature’s Rhythm Yoga


In ancient times, our ancestors based their religions around the lunar calendar and there is huge potential in connecting with the moon cycle.  The four main moon phases: New, Waxing, Full and Waning compliment the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether and the corresponding chakras (the body’s energy centres).  Attuning to the moon through Nature’s Rhythm Yoga brings the fundamental structure for grounding, strengthening, creative mobility and the harnessing of our energy.  The integration of these elements–means we are fully present, while learning to become more in tune with nature.
