Pain, when ‘not dealt with’ can be the biggest source of destruction. It is only when we deal with those uncomfortable painful feelings, face the hurt, strip ourselves naked, go within, bring that pain to the surface, stop avoiding and running away from ourselves, only then, can the healing process truly begin. From the inner realms we can exchange self-sabotaging for self-supporting tendencies.

Slowly, but gradually,  the self-destructiveness loses its power over us. We are no longer ‘enslaved’, the darkness disappears, and we begin to live a more true, authentic, and healthy life full of healthy and loving relationships.

Remember – Reconnect to source and heal the relationship with self, then all will work out well.

We must love ourselves first and foremost.
